We do not use any automated decision making processes when processing your personal data. It is on the basis of Legitimate Interests that we process your data to improve our products and services and process images captured on CCTV for the prevention and detection of crime in safeguarding staff and visitors to our premises.
We process your data for the purpose of marketing on the legal basis of consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in marketing communications.
If you have consented or decided to ‘opt in’ to marketing either on the Stokesley Pharmacy website or via a 3rd party provider, we may contact you about our products and services. This means you may hear from us by email, SMS, push notification or letter.

We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required under applicable law.
